My stay at the Silver Legacy was a mixed bag. The location was perfect for accessing the Reno area, and I enjoyed the spa treatments I received. However, I had some serious issues with cleanliness in my room, and the customer service experience was far from satisfactory, which has led me to think twice about returning.

The room I stayed in was not properly cleaned, with hair in the bathroom and a dirty comforter. This was really disappointing and made for an uncomfortable experience. However, the layout was good, and the bed was comfortable.

I encountered a lot of issues with the customer service, especially regarding my refund process. The manager I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, which added to my dissatisfaction.
